What’s eligible
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging with tags, accessories and invoice. Photograph damage on arrival and contact us.
How to request a return
Raise a return via your account/orders page or email sales@kitchenstoreindia.in with order ID and photos. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and give return instructions. (This aligns with Indian e-commerce grievance and response expectations.)
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
