Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard: 5–10 business days.
Express: 3-5 business days.
We ship across India. Delivery time depends on product and pin code — estimated at checkout. If a pin code is non-serviceable we will notify you with options (self-ship or cancel).
Shipping charges: free/flat/variable at checkout as displayed per product/order. Any shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking: we provide courier tracking details once dispatched.
The business is not responsible for delays due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Payments & Invoices
We accept major cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and COD (if enabled). All payments use secure, PCI-compliant Indian secured payment gateways.
GST invoices are available with every order and sent by email. If you need a business invoice with GSTIN, add the details (Notes) during checkout.
International orders
Currently we ship within India only (update here if you enable exports later).

We may request verification before shipping high-value orders to protect customers and merchants. Compliance note: We maintain the required grievance officer and follow the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules and related guidance.
