Return & Refund Policy

We aim for a smooth, simple returns experience.

Return windows (effective & simple)
Non-electrical kitchen items (e.g., cookware, utensils): return within 15 days of delivery if damaged, defective or materially different from the listing.

Electrical/small appliances: return or replacement within 7 days if defective on arrival (unless manufacturer warranty specifies repair/replacement procedure).

Hygiene items (if any) & sealed consumables: non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrectly shipped.

What’s eligible
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging with tags, accessories and invoice. Photograph damage on arrival and contact us.

How to request a return
Raise a return via your account/orders page or email sales@kitchenstoreindia.in
with order ID and photos. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and give return instructions. (This aligns with Indian e-commerce grievance and response expectations.)

Refunds & timeline
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the product. We will credit the original payment method — timeline depends on your bank/payment provider but we will initiate refunds promptly.

For pre-paid orders, refunds normally appear in 5–10 business days after processing (actual time depends on the payment gateway/bank).
If we arrange courier pickup, we’ll share a tracking number.

Replacement & repair
For appliances under brand warranty, replacement or repair may follow the brand’s warranty process; we will assist and explain next steps.

Cancellation by buyer
You may cancel before we dispatch. If the order is shipped, follow the return process.

Fraud & abuse
Repeated or fraudulent returns may lead to account holds or other remedies.
