Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order sends a request to buy. We confirm acceptance by email/SMS. Until you receive confirmation the order is not accepted; we may refuse for stock, pricing or verification reasons.

Prices & Taxes
Product prices include GST where applicable unless stated otherwise. We issue GST invoices for each order.

Payments & Security
We accept UPI, netbanking, major cards, wallets and (if enabled) Cash on Delivery. Payment processing is handled by third-party gateways.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimated; actual delivery depends on courier/area. We will notify expected delivery date at checkout.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Our Returns & Refund policy (below) explains eligibility and timelines. Once a return is approved, refunds are processed promptly as per payment method.

Product Information
We try to keep product information accurate. If an item is defective or misrepresented, you can return it under our return policy.

Liability & Disclaimer
We are not liable for indirect or special damages. Our liability for any order is limited to the order value.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be subject to courts in the jurisdiction where our registered office is located.
